I like the fact that it is an inclusive school that gives students a chance here that may not have a chance at other schools. The diversity, having so many people from different nationalities, both teaching and learning at the school, makes it something that I enjoy.
The fact that people here are humble we have many students here who are very wealthy, some parents own big businesses, some are ambassadors, but the students never talk about that and you wouldn’t know. The kids at ISS don’t seek a lot of attention. That’s the kind of thing that causes me to enjoy working here as long as I have, because we attract that kind of clientele. The kind of person who aren’t so worried about how everything looks or what other people say about us.
They know that there are quality teachers here and they know we do our best by every student to make sure that every student is successful. I like being a part of a place that helps all students, regardless of what their academic ability is or their intellect. We try to do our best by every child.
Also, our Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS) activities are authentic. When students want to do something bigger than themselves, our school will nurture and empower them.
