University Advisor

The ISS University Advising office provides support to students and their parents throughout the university application process. Our services include helping students search for “good fit” universities, reviewing student applications, and arranging for university representatives to visit ISS to meet students. Additionally, the office is able to submit official documents from ISS to colleges and universities. The ISS University Advising office is open and accessible to all ISS students and their parents.

For more information, please refer to the ‘University Advising Handbook’.

Information for Graduates

If you are applying to universities after completing National Service or taking a gap year, the ISS International School University Advising Office can help. However, if you require references or recommendations, it is important that you request these before you leave ISS International School so that we can keep them on file for you. If you have not done this, you can still email us for advice and transcripts. If you only need an official transcript, please email our Registrar Office. If you need information about sending your International Baccalaureate Diploma results to universities, you can email the University Advising Office or view the International Baccalaureate Organization’s Request for Results Service page.

Information for university representatives

The vast majority of ISS International School graduates go on to tertiary education after they graduate from ISS International School. Although some return to their home countries for university, many continue on to the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea. There is also growing interest in European universities. ISS International School welcomes university representatives from all around the world to visit students and share information about their institution at our campus at 21 Preston Road, off Depot Road. If you would like to visit our school please email our University Advisor.
